Town Hall Discussion: Should the HOA Build a Clubhouse?

Homeowners: Attend the meeting in person at Pioneer Park on Wednesday, October 22 from 5:30pm-6:30pm. The Board of Directors invites all homeowners on title to attend an important informational session regarding the potential development of a community clubhouse. We are seeking your feedback to determine whether the Association should explore this project. As this meeting is for homeowners only, ID may be requested to verify you own a home in the Association

Buy Your Admission to the 21+ Winter Soiree

Join us at Karl Strauss on Saturday, December 6th for a Diamonds & Denim Winter Soiree from 5:30pm-10pm. Tickets are just $30 for an individual or $50 for a pair. Admission includes buffet dinner (steak, salmon, chicken and Beyond®), DJ, dancing and 2 drink tickets that can be redeemed for Karl’s beer or wine. In order to ensure a comfortable environment and sufficient seating, ticket sales will be limited this year!  *This event is for Residents ages 21+ Only* 

BOARD MEETINGS

Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month from January through November at 6pm. Meetings are held at the Prescott Companies located at 10805 Rancho Bernardo Rd., Ste 250. Agendas are posted at the community bulletin board and on the TownSq app the week prior to each meeting.

SOCIAL EVENTS ANNOUNCED

Your Board of Directors has approved all HOA social events for the year 2025 – please visit the calendar page for details regarding each event, details, and applicable admission costs. As always, HOA events are held exclusively for the enjoyment of HOA residents and their invited guests.

HOA ASSESSMENTS

Effective January 1st, 2025, 4S Ranch Master Assessments increased $5 per month from $95 to $100. The new assessment amount is $100 per month for the 4S Ranch Master Association. Please make adjustments to stay current with your payments. It is each owner’s responsibility to stay up to date with payments regardless of enrollment in autopay or e-statements. Please check your balances periodically.

MANAGEMENT OFFICE

4S Ranch Master Association is managed by The Prescott Companies – An Associa Company. Walk ins are accepted during the following hours: Monday and Wednesday from 1pm-5pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-12pm. The office is located locally at 10805 Rancho Bernardo Road, Ste 250, San Diego, CA 92127. The office is closed during major holidays. 

UPCOMING EVENTS AROUND THE RANCH

Fire Station Pancakes – Saturday 10/18 – The RSFFD will be cooking up pancakes and offering tours of the station. More details are available on the calendar page!

North County Turkey Trot – Thursday 11/27 – 7:30am – Adults and kid’s races. Register on www.northcountyturkeytrot.org 

 

 

ROAD SERVICE REQUESTS

Almost all streets in the 4S Ranch HOA common areas are public, patrolled by the Sheriff and CHP, and maintained by the County. To report abandoned vehicles or those blocking intersections, contact one of these agencies for assistance. To report a missing street sign or stop sign, contact the County Department of Public Works.
